What I Think Brightheart is feeling when Cloudtail starts liking Daisy

Hahahaha! *slaps the pillow* What a funny topic! So, lets start. Here is  what I think Brightheart might be feeling:(ps this is a story because we need to know exactly what Bright was feeling;)

Brightheart sat next to the fresh-kill pile. She was deep in thought. It doesn't feel right. Not without Cloudtail, She thought how they had played together as apprentices. She thought how much he had loved her. She thought how much he had felt when she was attacked by dogs. She knew Daisy didn't like the clan since the badger attack. Why does she have to stay? Why does she have to take Cloudtail away? A voice inside her head spoke: Firestar allowed her to stay. He changed your name to. Do you have to be so ungrateful?

I'm not being ungrateful, I just don't like her, Brightheart thought bitterly. At least Whitepaw won't betray me. Thinking of Whitepaw made Brightheart want to be with Cloudtail even more.

(Book Break)

Alright, so far we know Brightheart is sad and angry. Let's see the next part!

(End Of Book Break)

I need to see Cinderpelt or Leafpool. They could give me thyme and some other herb.

Brightheart knew as well as a medicine cat that thyme was good for the shock. She was shocked Cloudtail would do this to her, but he had practically used up all his free time with Daisy or Daisy's kits.

"Brightheart? Are you going to eat that?" Brackenfur's voice sounded from the thorn tunnel. "Yes, I was just thinking," Brightheart meowed honestly. "Dustpelt needs a patrol. Want to come?" "No thanks. I think I need some herbs." "What for?" meowed Sandstorm, walking out of the warriors den. "It's perfect out here, and.. What's wrong?" she seemed to notice the sad look in Brightheart's eyes. "Is it Cloudtail? Daisy likes Cloudtail, and you must except that." Then she sighed.

"I felt the same way when Firestar was deputy. He wanted Brackenfur to mentor Tawnypelt, not me. This must feel similar to the time Ashfur and Squirrelflight were padding after each other, and Brambleclaw could do nothing."

"But go and get some herbs, and then join a patrol."

"Cinderpelt?" Brightheart asked as she headed into the medicine den. "Yes?" A shadow spoke up. The shadow walked around until it was in the middle. "What happened to you?" asked Brightheart, astonished. "Well.. There was a burnt tree right where there was a big patch of coltsfoot and lambs ear. And, we need that, so I thought I might as well go there. It was a tail-length jump, so I couldn't have 'walked across a log' could I?" "No, but you might have considered walking to where the fallen tree ended , not jump across a log and get dirty." scolded Brightheart. "Maybe I could've. But, you came here for herbs, not an endless talk. So thyme is in that hole. I need to go on a herb expedition, to get marigold to treat infections, catmint for greencough and whitecough, and honey to soothe sore throats. Do you mind going out to get them instead? I have ill cats to take care of." "Sure, Cinderpelt." Brightheart would enjoy time to think and do her duty at the same time.

Brightheart tasted the air. No coltsfoot. Cinderpelt had got loads of coltsfoot, and coltsfoot was the only herb Brightheart could find so far. Now she had found a place with no coltsfoot, but marigold and honey. She bit off the stem of a marigold leaf.

(This shows she is feeling thoughtful, glad, and thankful. Thanks, bye!)
