Book Review: Geronimo Stilton: Run For The Hills, Geronimo!

Hello, my name is Jaya! Today I'm going to be reviewing the famouse series, Geronimo Stilton!

What Is Geronimo Stilton?

Geronimo is a mouse. He is the publisher of The Rodent's Gazette, and has a sister named Thea. Honestly, he's pretty shy. Nervous at times, too. His sister, Thea, is the complete opposite. Brave, daring. All you could imagine. He has a cousin named Trap, who knows all the tricks in the book! He loves scaring Geronimo, and thinks he is an excellent cook, while in reality, it disgusts us all! I guess since you're a mouse, you have different words. Famous is famouse, fabulous is fabamouse, etc.

They're truly wonderful books! Anyways, let's get into this review!

The Review

First Quarter:

So, after about the first twenty-five pages, we find out that Geronimo's flying agent, Ms. Sweetpaws, books him a trip, on a first-class flight to Black Hill in South Dakota, his sister Thea cancels it and replaces it with the worst class flight. All his family members came! Now his wallet is as empty as a swiss-cheese hole! After this horrifying surprise, he has to pay for a rental car. Oh, could this get any worse?  I rate this quarter of the book a 9/10 because its awesome, as usual, but no exciting things happen.

Second Quarter:

After the first quarter, we find Trap taking Geronimo on a ride. With a motorcycle. There's a secret treasure, and he has to find it! So Geronimo finds himself in a hot air balloon, lowered down to Theodore Roosevelt in Mount Rushmore! He then finds a clue to find the treasure. Hmm... I'll rate it 10/10, because I love drama. And scaredy-mice!

Third Quarter:
OK, now our good ol' friend Geronimo has found out that Jewel Cave must be where the treasure is! But he reunites with his family, they make him pay the dinner bill! Of course, everyone decides do order fancy, expensive meals. Can't Geronimo get a bit of time for himself? No, of course! I rate this quarter 6/10. Not enough detail, not drama-y enough. Hmmm...

Fourth Quarter:
Now we've discovered that Trap is leading Geronimo to a buffalo area. One flings him off his ride, into a wild dogs' den! Oh no....... After this, we discover it's all a trick! This death-defying treasure is actually chocolate, and its just a contest!

I rate this a 10/10, once again! In total, I rate the whole book a 35/40! That's pretty darn good, if you ask me! Adios amigas/amigos!
