Book Review: Leafpool's Wish

Hi everyone! Leafy Kitten Coco here! Today I'm gonna rate 'Leafpool's Wish' by Tui T. Sutherland. I give Leafpool's Wish 4/5 because it is a really good book, but it is so short.  About 80 of the pages are about 'The Sun Trail' .  It is really thrilling when Leafpool asks Jaykit to get a big leaf to wash herself, and Jaykit gets the smaller leaf. Leafpool tells Squirrelflight, 'I think he's blind.' But she doesn't tell Jaykit that. Instead, she says, 'Thank you, Jaykit. This will get me very clean.' .

I better not spoil the rest for you, but I should give you how Squirrelflight & Leafpool look.

So, Leafpool is a small, lithe pale brown tabby she-cat with amber eyes.

Squirrelflight is a dark ginger she-cat with one white paw and a torn ear tip. She has forest-green eyes,  and a long, bushy tail.

It takes about two hours to read it if you read as fast as me.
